In 1983, founded Ruian Longshan General Machinery Plant and specialized in production of paper cutter and cutter grinder.

First mechanical paper cutter.

In 1997, renamed as Zhejiang Huayue Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. and launched the first single hydraulic digital display paper cutter.

In 2004, undertook the National Torch Plan Project and attended the Drupa International Printing Technology Conference in the same year.

In 2005, launched the first fully-hydraulic programmed paper cutter.

Responsible for drafting the national standard for “Paper Cutter Design and Structure Safety”.

In 2009, awarded as National High-tech Enterprise.

In 2010, the programmable paper cutter has been included in the National Torch Programme, formulated the industry standard of paper cutter.

In 2015, we launched China’s first rear-feeding paper cutting production line and formulated the industry standard of paper unloader.

In 2016, launched the first pile turner.

In 2017, launched China’s leading CIP4 splicing cutting system.

In 2018, launched the first domestic 210mm cutting-height paper cutter and the world-leading CIP4 splicing cutting system.

In 2019, formulated the “Zhejiang Manufacturing” standard of paper cutter.

In 2022, we became High-growth industrial enterprises in Ruian.

In December 2023, the machine vision-based man-machine interaction paper receiving system passed the certification of first set product in manufacturing industry of Zhejiang Province.

In 2024, renamed as Zhejiang Huayue Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. and awarded as Invisible Champion and a specialized, sophisticated enterprise in the same year.
