In 2006, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the U.S. C&P company to introduce its technology and production process.

In 2017, Huayue researched and developed the concept of Intelligent Cutting CIP4 , which is constantly updated and improved, and CIP4 is now running well in Huayue paper cutting machine.

Huayue also took the lead in developing the world's first 210mm high paper cutter.

PDF / JDF Imposition & Cutting System

This system fully supports the CIP4 standard, enabling deep parsing of PDF and JDF format files, as well as various complex and irregular imposition files. The system automatically converts the JDF data generated by the printing press into local cutting instructions, achieving zero error in the cutting process and a 100% yield rate.

This core technology completely revolutionizes the traditional method where operators had to perform tedious physical measurements and manual imposition splitting on printed matter, effectively eliminating measurement errors. Upon machine startup, operators must log into the system with their personal account or name on the touch panel, ensuring clear accountability.

02 / Network Retrieval

Via high-speed wired Ethernet or wireless Wi-Fi, the system fetches and reads shared production scheduling orders directly from the central local server.

03 / Auto Logging

During operation, log files are dynamically generated in real time, recording the order name, theoretical cut cycles, actual cut cycles, and completion time.

04 / Remote PC Access

Log files are automatically synchronized back to the server's shared folder, allowing any authorized network PC to view corresponding performance records.
