Milestones in HPM's Growth Since 1983

HPM was originally established as the Ruian Longshan General Machinery Plant, heavily specializing in professional paper knife crafting and automated knife grinders.

1983

Company Foundation & First Mechanical Cutter

HPM began its journey as Ruian Longshan General Machinery Plant, anchoring its core business in engineered paper cutters and high-precision knife sharpeners, rolling out our inaugural mechanical guillotine.

1997

Transition to Huayue Brand & Digital Display Engineering

The enterprise officially reorganized as Zhejiang Huayue Packing Machinery Co., Ltd., simultaneously introducing China's first single hydraulic digital-display paper cutting machine.

2004

National Torch Project & International Drupa Debut

HPM was commissioned to spearhead the prestigious National Torch Plan Project. In the same milestone year, we made our international debut at Drupa in Germany, capturing global post-press attention.
